A. MAINTENANCE DIVISION
- Payment
For our lawn care services, Doctor Green Lawn Care requires a credit or debit card on file. Your payment information will be securely encrypted and stored in a safe electronic payment system, used solely by our company for processing payments for services rendered. Payments for lawn care services will be charged to your card at the end of each week or immediately upon service completion. An electronic receipt will be sent to you via email after each transaction. If a payment cannot be processed, service will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved. Repeated unsuccessful payment attempts may lead to termination of service. We reserve the right to escalate unpaid accounts to collections after a 90-day period. - Scheduling
Scheduling our services can be impacted by weather conditions, which may cause unforeseen delays. While we strive to minimize scheduling conflicts, certain circumstances beyond our control may affect the timing of our services. Lawn care services are generally scheduled on a weekly basis and adjusted as necessary throughout the season. If our crew arrives at your property for a scheduled service and your lawn has been mowed by another provider without prior notice to us, a fee equal to 50% of your regular service charge may be applied to your account. - Continuation of Service
Upon commencing your maintenance service, you will be placed on our annual service schedule throughout the year. Following the conclusion of the growing season, we may shift from weekly or bi-weekly services to monthly services unless stated otherwise. If a price adjustment is needed, we will provide you with a 30-day notice. - Preparation for Service
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, we ask that customers prepare their yards in advance. This includes removing all items such as toys, tools, and debris, as well as moving vehicles that could obstruct access to the lawn. This preparation helps our team work effectively and minimizes the risk of damage to your belongings or our equipment. Repeated instances of failure to prepare your yard may result in a $25 charge or termination of service. - Safety and Courtesy
While our teams are on your property, it is your responsibility to keep all children, pets, and other individuals at a safe distance from the work area to ensure everyone’s safety. - Skipping Service
Our trained crew leaders will assess the condition of your lawn upon arrival. If the lawn does not require mowing and could benefit from skipping a week, this will be noted, and you will not incur charges for that visit. This typically occurs during dry periods. - Mowing Specifications
We typically mow at a height of 3 to 4 inches year-round. This practice ensures optimal health and appearance of your lawn. Mowing below this height can harm grass roots, encourage weed growth, and diminish the overall quality of your lawn. - Liability for Damages
Doctor Green Lawn Care cannot be held liable for damage to certain unavoidable areas that may be affected by lawn maintenance, including, but not limited to, fences, mailboxes, playground equipment, windows, and low-lying siding. While we take care to avoid damage, we cannot guarantee that clippings will not enter pools. If any item is damaged by our equipment, we will communicate with you immediately. Please notify us within 24 hours if you identify any damage. - Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours. This can be done via a phone call, email, or service request through our customer portal. We will address your concerns as soon as possible. Issues reported after this window may be related to natural circumstances beyond our control. - Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your service, a 24-hour notice is required (or by 4:00 PM on Friday if your service day is Monday). Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of your regular service cost.
B. PROJECT DIVISION
- Payment & Scheduling

Scheduling can be challenging due to weather conditions, which may cause delays. We strive to minimize scheduling conflicts and will inform you of any changes to your project completion dates. - Deposits and Full Payment
By accepting your estimate, you agree to pay the total cost of services in full. For projects requiring materials and estimates exceeding $1,000, a deposit of 30% to 50% may be required before commencing work. - Warranties & Guarantees
Doctor Green Lawn Care provides limited warranties for our landscaping services. Please note that successful germination or growth cannot be guaranteed due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather or watering. We are not liable for weed growth following an installation. - Property Responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for the services performed at the agreed address unless otherwise discussed. - Scope of Work
The scope of work is defined by the service estimate and any attached designs. We are not liable for services not listed in the estimate. If changes to the scope occur due to customer requests or uncontrollable factors, compensation may be adjusted accordingly. - Safety and Courtesy
When our team is on your property, please ensure that all children and pets remain at a safe distance from the work site. Doctor Green Lawn Care is fully licensed and insured, with one-million-dollar liability insurance coverage. - Property Removal and Responsibility
Homeowners are responsible for moving items such as furniture, grills, or toys from the work area prior to our arrival. We cannot be held liable for damage to items not removed or for proper return after work is completed. - Promotional Photography
We may take photographs of your property for advertising and insurance purposes. By accepting our estimate, you grant us permission to use these photos, while ensuring that any personal identifiers, such as children or addresses, will not be shown.
